Return Policy

You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

  1. Condition of the Item: The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  2. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Shipping: Pack your item securely in its original packaging, include the receipt or proof of purchase, and write the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

Exchanges
